Before attending law school, Mr. Grand was vice president of a F50 investment bank on Wall Street.
He draws his knowledge and business acumen from that experience; he is a lawyer who thinks business. After graduating from the University of San Francisco School of Law, Mr. Grand was recruited by a leading 150 lawyer San Francisco-based law firm where he quickly became a partner. After seven years of practicing in a “big firm” environment, Mr. Grand formed his own business law firm to foster a more personal relationship with his clients. His unique combination of business, regulatory and major law firm experience sets Jim apart from other business attorneys.
